Roche Holding AG, the Swiss drug making firm are believed to be heading a $43.7 billion bid to take over the rest of Genentech in order to take firm grip on all worldwide cancer medicines.

Any invester involved in the Genentech company are said to be getting $89 per share for their part in the buyout. The Swiss company already owns 57% of Genentech.
